Six Levels of Dealer Assistance

NovaComm offers six independent stages of assistance to its dealers that are typically beyond the traditional manufacturer–distributor relationship. They are being offered to distributors so that they can take advantage of the specialized knowledge that NovaComm employees have and we, as a company, are willing to share on a free or fee based relationship.

  1. Sales Assistance

    One of two senior managers from NovaComm will co-present with our dealer's sales person to add specific information or capability related to the general product, compliance, planning, or installation process.

  2. Survey Proctoring

    A free service, delivered preferably on an appointment basis. Sales person works from a site on the phone with a NovaComm expert guiding the process of a thorough survey. Novacomm will do the compliance work following the delivery of the raw survey and pictures. Novacomm will provide a completed survey for the sales person.

  3. Site Assistance

    A paid service based upon personnel hours and travel. A NovaComm installation/technical person will visit a site to field train an installation crew. Crew does installation, or a NovaComm installation/technical person will visit a previously installed site to resolve installation issues.

  4. NovaComm Installations

    A NovaComm installation/technical team will install and certify a project after the wall opening is prepared by others not in our employ.

  5. NovaComm Project Supervision

    A paid service based upon personnel hours and travel and a percentage P & O on services supplied. A NovaComm senior manager will manage and supervise the process of planning and installing an ACV from sales presentations through certification. NovaComm will provide and manage all architectural work, site construction services, and installation NovaComm will direct the best practices for ACV installations, review all documentation from all parties, attend critical meetings and review installation for certification.
