Bill Diaz

Company founder Bill Diaz honed his natural engineering talent in the U.S. Air Force where he was stationed around the globe. Following his service to his country, Mr. Diaz joined the ranks of IBM's innovative engineers. While at IBM, he learned a great deal about high level research and development.

Later he embarked on a twenty-five year career with American Airlines as a communications project manager. During his tenure with the airline, he headed the company's Caribbean division. He managed the communication needs system wide include the computer systems. While at American Airlines, he formed the ideas which lead him to create Novacomm after accepting an early retirement package from the company.

He started Novacomm as a small service and sales provider for metal detectors and x-ray machines. Today the company is the only U.S. manufacturer of the patented Access Control Vestibule™.

Mr. Diaz was born and raised in Staten Island, New York.
